*What if I can't access Internet?
*

For Wired Network: First, check if your access right by going to Access Rights Inquiry Services. After that insert your network card number to see. If your access right has been blocked, please go into Computer and Information Network Center homepage, then click "Software and Application forms downloads" on the menu list and follow the directions on the application form. After filling out the application form, please have the director sign on the application, then return the form to Computer and Information Network Center. The unlocking process will normally require three business days to complete. If the problem is not caused by a temporary suspension of the account, please check your firewall settings. Also, you can confirm the internet connection status by asking the people on the same floor and see if they able to connect. If the problem persists, please contact the Computer and Information Network Center immediately for further technical support.
For Wireless Network: Follow the procedure for Wired network troubleshooting. Also, please check if your wireless network card is working properly. Try to relocate your computer to another location and check on the wireless signal. If the problem persists, please contact the Computer and Information Network Center immediately for further technical support.
