E-mail Service

STUST currently operates two e-mail systems: 

(1) Gmail System：
Teachers,  staffs and students use the Gmail system as the major channel for their communications on campus, and users are allocated unlimited for mail storage space and the system is maintained by Google. The e-mail address takes the form of "Account Name@stust.edu.tw," while the portal site is gmail.stust.edu.tw

(2) Office 365：
Teachers,  staffs and students use the Office365 system as the major channel for their communications on campus, and users are allocated unlimited for mail storage space and the system is maintained by Microsoft. The e-mail address takes the form of "Account Name@office.stust.edu.tw," while the portal site is  https://office.stust.edu.tw

　　Step1. Account Application → (fill out an online faculty email application form)

 Password Forgotten
Step1. Please download the e-mail password change application form follow the instructions, fill out the form, and send your application to CINC either in person or by fax.
Step2. Log in to the password change and activation system the next day to set up a new password with your personal ID number or passport number.
 Password Change
No application is required. Please log in to the password change and activation system, password change and activation system and replace the old password with a new password.
